Is He Lying to You, Attracted to You, Nervous Around You? Just Look At His Feet!

Another foot related body language article I ran across. It seems our feet send out more signals than what we may realize...

When was the last time you looked at someone's feet when you were talking to them? Never, right? Well, according to one expert, feet can tell us a lot about what someone's thinking. The crazy details ...

Skechers Shape Ups vs. MBT's

Skechers has come out with a new line of shoes they call Shape Ups... http://www.skechers.com/info/shape_ups The claims are that they help tone your muscles and improve your posture, and lose weight! Do they work? I would love to have some reviews here of actual wearers of these new shoes. I have looked at them, and tried on a pair at my local shoe store, but haven't decided yet if they are worth the price. $114 for a pair of men's size 13. I will admit they felt very comfortable on my feet. Walking didn't feel better or worse, it was different though in the sense that my feet had a spongier rocking motion while pacing around the store. And then when I put on my regular pair of shoes, they to felt a bit strange when walking in them. I will probably eventually buy  a pair and see if they really do all they claim. I am reading good reviews of them at Amazon, and the reviews are mostly all good on the You Tube site. If you have tried these shoes and like them, give me some feedback...the same goes to those who have tried them and hated them.
After doing more research, I found another shoe company that makes a similar shoe to the Shape Ups. In fact   they are the original version of the shoe. Check out their site at http://us.mbt.com/
Has anybody out there tried these shoes? Your comments are welcome here also...

Comparison Video for the MBT line of Footwear... Any shoe that might help out with back pain may very well be worth the money!

Researcher: Feet signal sexual attraction

A Feet related article I ran across, I am not sure if this guy actually discovered anything we didn't already know, the art of reading body language has been around for a long time now...

MANCHESTER, England, Dec. 3 (UPI) -- A Britishpsychologist said his research indicates foot movements are one of the most powerful indicators of whether a woman finds a suitor attractive.... Read more here...

Finding Comfortable Shoes

Finding shoes that are comfortable for me to wear is such a chore. I can walk into a shoe store, find the perfect shoe, walk around in the store for 20 minutes or so wearing them and they feel great! Buy them and bring them home and put them on the next morning and find that they make my feet hurt worse than ever.
I have had the best luck in finding shoes that consistently work well with my feet made by a company called Skechers http://www.skechers.com/ . They offer a wide assortment of styles for both men and women, shoes that work well for play and work but also for dressing up for a night out on the town.
I also find that the Skecher line of shoes are very consistent in their sizing, so once you know which size is most comfortable for you, you are very safe ordering them online from their website. If you join their VIP club you will get the benefit of free shipping and you will also receive coupons and special incentives in your email which will bring the cost of your shoes down. I find their prices are very close to the same as I find at my local store.
So if you hate shopping for shoes like I do, all that walking and looking and trying on, take a look at the Skecher web site and see what they have to offer.

Our feet support us all day long, during work and play. So what makes up a foot? In the human body your foot is made up of 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments, and 19 muscles and tendons. Combined the 52 bones in your feet make up 25 percent of the bones in your body.
So if our feet support us and provide the foundation for the rest of our bodies, what supports the feet. In our society that would be shoes. There are a lot of benefits though of going barefoot, if you search the internet you will find many sites that praise the health benefits of bare footing it through life.. In fact there is a Society for Barefoot Living....http://www.barefooters.org/.  or check out this site http://physicalliving.com/the-definitive-guide-for-going-barefoot/
But for most of us, we have to go to work and into public places where it is required to keep our feet covered.
It is so important to find shoes that fit well and to change our shoes frequently. I am the kind of person who tends to find a pair of shoes that really make my feet feel good, and then wear them daily until they are worn out and I am noticing my knees, back, and hips are starting to ache... then it is time for me to go out and find a new pair of shoes that feel good, hopefully I can get lucky and find the exact same kind I had before.
As I am growing older and wiser, I am finally learning the benefits of changing my shoes more frequently. It's sort of the same concept of rotating your tires on your car. If you rotate your car tires they will last longer and be more beneficial for your driving safety, and if you rotate your shoes, they also will last longer, and promote better health benefits for your body and feet.
